We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refunds

We are home based business and cannot offer refund. However we can provide an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We request you to please review all product details, size information, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damages and Issues

In the rare event that you received a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist. To be eligible for support, All damage concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Due to the handcrafted nature of product, there could be minor variations in color pallette. It is not considered an incorrect product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
